The FIA is a supporter of the CFA Training Program which is also conducted by one of our members, John Sargeant Associates:

Who Is It For?
There are two levels in the program: Front Line and Sales Management
•The Front Line program is for all sales people who are responsible for a customer base, a territory or key accounts
•The Sales Management program is for those in charge of managing a team of sales people to deliver results

What Does It Cover?
Front Line has 6 x 1 day workshops in the initial program
- Selling in Foodservice - Territory Management
- Negotiation - Growing Strategic End Users
- Financial Skills - Communication Skills

Sales Management has 3 x 1 day workshops
- Sales Planning - Performance Management - Leadership

Where Does It Run?
•CFA will administer all details to do with the training schedule
•Initial sessions are planned for Melbourne, Sydney and Perth
•Special arrangements can be made for specific dates and locations

Who Delivers The Program?

If you book on the course and mention you are an FIA member, the following offer is available for you.

CFA sales training program participants that are introduced to the program via the FIA, and who are members of the FIA, will receive a $200.00 discount from the foundation fee of $1500.
Normal cost of the program:
Foundation fee - $1500 first year, then $500 annual subscription year 2 and beyond
Cost per module - $495 per module in year 1, $500 in year 2
Cost of the program for companies that the FIA signs to the program.
Foundation fee - $1300 first year, then $500 annual subscription year 2 and beyond
Cost per module - $495 per module in year 1, $500 in year 2
