Bringing Foodservice Together
The Foodservice Industry Association is a comprehensive organisation that consists of food manufacturers, equipment suppliers, foodservice distributors and brokers, media and ancillary services, that offer a central portal of knowledge, experience and exposure to other businesses within the food world, in Australia.
As a member based organisation, its aim is to encourage Industry Consultation; Professional Development and Education; Foodservice Forums; Executive Roundtable and other member driven initiatives. The organisation also includes large multi-nationals, Australian owned and operated companies, and smaller, diverse companies offering a range of products, services and information within the Foodservice sector.
The FIA has formed strong strategic alliances with other industry groups to form a strong and vibrant organisation within Victoria/Tasmania and throughout Australia.
Membership is open to the wider industry and applications are encouraged by companies and industry groups within the above framework.
We aim to provide a forum for the transmission of ideas between all areas of the foodservice industry, including networking opportunities; professional development; site inspections; new and innovative approaches to better business and marketing; sales initiatives; sponsorship opportunities for the FIA and for your company and much more.
